Link softly touched the hand of his princess, the same princess he had promised to protect with his life...

"You say you can't live without her?", Ganondorf laughed.
"Then go ahead and die with her!"

He plunged his long sword though the helpless Hero of Time, smirking as he silently left the scene...

This was not supposed to happen...
Link couldn't feel anything.
Not even the slowly disappearing warmth of Princess Zeldas hand...

And the orchestra went silent...

Aaah! I can't believe I did this!! I killed Link!!! Dammit, I deserve to die for this *looks for something to choke on*

*theme-of-the-week picture again. Theme: Silent Orchestra.
I've been listening alot to the Zelda Twilight Princess soundtrack the last couple of days, and zelda fanart and the theme just clicked.
When you reach a GAME OVER in the games, the music dies out, so I just fit so perfectly I had to do this.

This took me forever to make... About 50 layers of colour and 30 layers for the lineart... That's fucking crazy!! XD

I know it's not perfect, but I like it :D
And sorry for my bad english! ^^;

You killed Link! And it's totally AWESOME! I mean, seriously, artistically, this is beautiful. My eye keeps getting drawn around the picture, to Link's face, and the sword in his chest, and his hand on Zelda's, and Ganondorf walking away- it's a triumph, lady, a stunning triumph. Did you write that passage, or is it from a fanfic?

(And geez, why are you apologizing for your English? Your English rules.)

Freakin' fantastic! LOVe the dark colours you used in this picture. Link's visage fits the picture perfectly! I also love that you just show the hand of Zelda and not the whole body, it makes the picture simple and more to the point of the short tale you told.

I also love that you wrote the tale to go with it.You could have left it to people's imagination, but I believe it is much better thus way (Ten times cooler then the story I was think when I saw the picture.) All together a great picture by a great Artist!

Haha XD I got totally lazy with the sword since it was one of the things I did last... *super fail*
I can't draw swords to save my life! XD Have tried it before, haha.

Whoa. If that's not one hell of an "Oh, Shit!" moment, I don't know what is. XD

Smart move on Ganondorf's part...get rid of the weaker one first, then attack when Link's distracted.

Jeez, everything is good...the coloring, facial expression, what you put in the picture and what you left out...
