I'm recycling this old journal for posting something about the lotteries and raffles on Deviantart, that were stated as "Outlaws" by the community opps in this journal here: http://communityops.deviantart.com/journal/An-official-word-on-lotteries-225795707
On that time some deviantarts (and me too) were in doubt if a art as prize, such, drawings, sketch, paintings etc would not be allowed. Me and some other deviants even asked on the comments on that very same journal, but we got no reply.
So i tried to ask about this in notes to 4 different admins here on deviantart that make part of the Community Opps. They are $fourteenthstar, $Moonbeam13, ~tachy and $ewm but they gave me no reply since July 10th. So by last i tried to ask in the Help Desk and here is the aswer of $realitysquared (in request number #376025) :

When thinking about commissioning an artist take your time finding the right person for the job. Have a look at the people you watch. Is anybody offering commissions? If they aren't, there are the deviantart forums and commission groups to check out. You might find what you are looking for there. Of course, there is also the option of posting an advertisement in the deviantart forums to see if there is anyone interested in your job. The best recommendations usually come from friends through word of mouth.
# How to Select an Artist
Assuming you have found some potential artists, take your time to review their gallery. Look out for the following things:

As the Day ApproachesMOAR updates regarding the move. Things are getting a bit easier now. We have been so busy the last few days! We sold a decent amount of things, and have finalized a few plans and loose ends. I feel a lot more calm now that my sister has actually left the house and her room is empty. The dark cloud in the house has disappeared. It seemed like such a peaceful day today. I am beginning to be less and less fearful of what will come within the next week. Fear and depression are slowly being replaced by confidence and a bit of joy. Perhaps this wasn't what I wanted right now in my life, but most things happen for a reason. 9/11 Memorial 5K RunWalkHey guys, knowing how many look forward to my annual 9/11 pieces every year, I thought I'd toss this out there for the 9/11 Memorial 5k. I am 50% towards my goal thanks to very generous co-workers and distant family. Even if it's small, any amount makes a difference. My mother will be going to NY to walk.

On September 11, 2001 my family lost one of a precious member in our family. My older sister, JeanMarie "Jaime" Wallendorf was a light of hope. At 23 years old, her smile could light up a room and her laugh and hugs could make anyone feel better. Jaime was working on the 89th floor of the South tower for an investment firm. She was generous, affectionate and loved to dance and there is not a day goes by that my brothers and I try to uphold her honor by being as caring as she had been.
I am here to honor her, others lost in the 9/11attacks and all the families who share this pain of loss by contributing to this great cause.

I like all of those (though no one has made a fanart for me yet, probably because I have no art to make fanart of).

I really like it when I get a fave or comment though. It means that someone has taken the time to view my work and either show they like it, or say what they think about it, or both.
